We offer a flat rate charge of $15.05 for all orders.
SHIPPING METHODS
We ship all packages USPS Priority Mail.
SHIPPING TIME
Orders will be fulfilled within 5 days. USPS Priority Mail will then take 3-5 business days for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, because of the high shipping costs, we are not currently shipping to customers outside of the United States.
RETURNS
RETURN ORDER
Before returning any products, please email us at info@sattvickitchenmaui.com for instructions and return authorization. Please make sure to include your order number in the subject of your email.
Any unopened and unused products may be returned for any reason within thirty days. The products must be in new condition with original, resalable packaging. Any opened products and products with torn labeling or packaging are not returnable. Upon the arrival of the returned products, a refund will be issued for the cost of the products, but not including any shipping or return shipping charges.
If a product is damaged beyond use when you receive it, please take a photo showing the damage and email to info@sattvickitchenmaui.com and we will refund your credit card.
