Our Raw Nuts are fresh, vegan, raw and unsalted. They can be a delicious snack, a nice addition to desserts, a morning muesli bowl, a salad, or even a smoothie.

Almonds:

Our raw and organic almonds are a good source of vitamin E, magnesium, fiber and protein, as well as mono and polyunsaturated fats. Use them to make almond milk, grain-free flour, or simply eat them by the handful for a healthy snack.

Cashews:

Rich, sweet and buttery, our raw and organic cashews are perfect for snacking, making cashew milk, raw desserts, granola and much more. Raw cashews contain a number of beneficial oils, including saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. They are are also a great source of dietary trace minerals such as copper, iron, and zinc.

Macadamia nuts:

Our macadamia nuts are grown on Maui. They are higher in good, monounsaturated fat than most other nuts, however, it is good to use moderate amounts, as macadamia nuts are high in fat and contain 201 calories/ounce. Macadamia nuts contain amino acid l-arginine, vitamin B1, magnesium, iron, copper and fiber and they are an excellent source of manganese, calcium and thiamin.

Pistachios:

Bursting with rich, crunchy, nutty flavor, our raw pistachios are a rich source of protein, dietary fiber, several dietary minerals, thiamin and vitamin B6. Sprinkled on salads, ground into sauces, baked into desserts or just simply eaten right out of the container, they are equally delicious.

Pumpkin seeds:

Our raw and organic pumpkin seeds are abundant in zinc and magnesium. Known for their immune-boosting properties, pumpkin seeds are delicious as is or soaked, sprouted, seasoned, sprinkled.
